How do I store my toppers?
Fondant is sensitive to moisture and light. Do not refrigerate the toppers, as condensation may cause them to become sticky or lose shape. Store in a cool, dry placeâlike your pantryâin their original box until use. Once placed on a cake, refrigeration is okay.
Are your cake toppers edible?
Yes! All toppers are handcrafted from fondant (sugar paste), making them safe to place directly on your cake. However, some may include skewers or wires for support. We recommend breaking them apart before consumption to remove any non-edible parts.
Do you accept custom orders?
Absolutely! I love creating custom designs. If you donât see what youâre looking for, feel free to reach out via the Contact Form.
How far in advance should I place my order?
Processing time is typically 1â2 weeks before shipping. If your event is within 3 weeks, please order ASAP. For events further out, feel free to contact us to reserve your date or arrange a custom order. Need it fast? Be sure to add Rush Shipping before checkout.
Do you offer Rush Orders?
Yes! With our Rush Order listing, your order will be processed in 5â7 days instead of the usual 1â2 weeks. Please refer to the listing details for more info.
What is your cancellation and return policy?
Due to the edible and handmade nature of our toppers, all sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges. Please double-check your order before submitting. If you have questions, weâre happy to help in advance.
My order has not arrived. Can I get a refund?
Once an order ships, we are not responsible for postal delays. Refunds are not provided for shipping delays. However, weâre happy to help you track your order or file a USPS claim. Please contact us with your order details so we can assist you.
My order arrived damaged. Can I get a refund?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours. Refunds are not issued for items damaged in transit, but we can help you file a USPS claim.
Want extra protection? Add our Insurance Add-On when placing your order. USPS Priority Mail includes up to $50 coverage.
Donât discard packagingâphotos may be required for a claim. We can often help with simple repairs too!

Can I place an order the same day I need it?
Because we bake all of our orders from scratch, we kindly ask that you place large or custom orders at least 2 weeks in advance. For smaller orders such as cupcakes, a 2â3 day notice is required.
Is there a minimum for ordering?
No minimum purchase is necessary for cake orders. However, cupcakes require a minimum of 1 dozen per flavor.
How do I place a large or custom cake order?

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Square and Shopify.
- Orders placed 1 month or more in advance require a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due by the delivery date.
- Orders placed less than 1 month in advance require full payment at the time of booking.

- For online orders, changes/cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- For custom or large orders, at least 2 weeksâ notice is required.

Do you deliver locally?
Yes! We offer delivery 7 days a week. Delivery times can be selected at checkout. For questions, email info@chrystyscreations.com.
Is there a delivery fee?
Yes. Delivery fees are based on your zip code and are calculated automatically at checkout.
Do you deliver outside of Orlando?
Yes. We currently deliver within a 30-mile radius of our location, including most of Orange, Seminole, and Osceola Counties.
Do you ship cakes?
At this time, Chrystyâs Creations only offers local delivery in the Central Florida area. We do not ship cakes.
Do you offer gluten-free or allergy-friendly options?
Yes, we offer gluten-free options for customers who are not medically gluten intolerant. However, we are not a gluten-free facility. Customers with Celiac Disease or severe allergies are advised not to consume our products due to potential cross-contamination.
Do your products contain nuts?
Chrystyâs Creations is not a nut-free bakery. Some items contain peanuts or other nuts. Customers with allergies should consume our products with caution or refrain from consumption.
