Because we bake all of our orders from scratch, we kindly ask that you place your large or custom orders no less than 2 weeks in advance. For smaller orders such as cupcakes, a 2-3 day advanced notice is required
No minimum purchase order is necessary when placing cake orders. Cupcakes require a minimum purchase of (1) dozen per flavor choice.

We accept all major credit cards through Square and Shopify. If you are custom ordering with at least 1 month in advance, a 50% deposit is required to secure your order. The remaining balance must be due on or before the “date of delivery” before your order is delivered.
If you are custom ordering with less than 1 month in advanced, the full payment must be made to secure your order.

Because all of our orders are made from scratch, custom orders are planned in advanced. Changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for online orders and custom or larger orders, require 2 weeks in advance.
You will be fully refunded (with only a 2% cancellation fee on credit card orders) if your order is canceled within these set times.
Custom or large orders canceled at least 1 week in advanced will only receive a 50% deposit. Cancellations done less than 1 week before delivery date will not be issued a refund.
Yes! We offer local delivery seven days a week. When placing pre-designed cake orders from our online store, customers may choose from the available delivery time windows on our website when placing an order. For any local delivery-related inquiries, please email contact us and a manager would be delighted to assist!
Yes. Delivery fees are based on the delivery address zip code. All fees are calculated at checkout and are calculated based on the address for delivery.
Yes! We currently are servicing areas within a 30 mile radius from our location. We cover most of Orange, Seminole, and Osceola Counties.
At the moment, Chrysty’s Creations is only servicing and delivering in the Central Florida area.
Yes. If you are someone who has chosen to lead a “Gluten-Free” lifestyle, and pose no allergic reaction to gluten, then you can consume our “Gluten-Free” desserts.
If you are a person who suffers from Celiac Disease or are medically gluten intolerant, then we highly recommend that you refrain from consuming our products, including those labeled as “gluten-free”.
Although we have separate prep-areas and utensils to work strictly with gluten free products, they are processed in a kitchen that prepares other gluten products.
Since we bake with high volumes of wheat (gluten) flour and dairy products on our premises, we advise customers with gluten or dairy allergies to be on the caution side should you decide to consume our desserts. We are NOT a gluten-free facility.
We are NOT a nut-free bakery. Several of our flavors contain peanuts or have come in contact with peanut nuts or other nut products. We recommend that customers with nut allergies eat our desserts cautiously and/or refrain from consuming them.
