This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information when you visit or purchase from www.chrystyscreations.com or www.chrystyscreationsshop.com, contact us, or use our custom image designers and Etsy photo submission forms.

Personal Information We Collect

We collect information you provide, including your name, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping addresses, order details, Etsy order numbers, personalization instructions, customer messages, and newsletter subscription preferences. Our custom designers and upload forms also collect submitted photos, artwork, logos, text, and completed designs.

Payments are handled by our payment providers. We receive order details, payment status, and limited payment information needed to manage your order. We do not receive or store your full payment card number or card security code.

Shopify and our service providers may automatically collect technical and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, timestamps, and interactions with the store.

How We Use Your Information

We use information to process and fulfill orders, create personalized products, match files to orders, arrange shipping, communicate with you, provide support, prevent fraud, improve our store, and maintain necessary business and legal records. Promotional emails are sent only to customers who voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter.

Customer Photos and Designs

We use submitted photos and designs to prepare and fulfill your custom order and provide related support. Cloudinary receives and hosts uploaded images and completed designs so we can access them for these purposes. Submission details and file links may also be delivered through our form and email services.

Submitting a photo or design for an order does not authorize promotional publication. We will obtain separate permission before using identifiable customer photos or designs in listings, website galleries, social media, or advertising.

Sharing Your Information

We share relevant information with Shopify, payment providers, shipping carriers, Cloudinary, and our form, email, and verification providers to support our services. We may also disclose information to comply with applicable laws, respond to valid legal requests, or protect our business and customers.

Shopify processes information to operate our store and, through Shopify Network Intelligence, provide services based on interactions with our store, other merchants, and Shopify. Children’s Privacy

Our ordering services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Adults may submit a child’s photo or name for a personalized order. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information directly so we can investigate.
